Become the Crisis: you are the fire that spreads through the galaxy, threatening its very existence. As your empire grows more and more menacing, you will unlock powerful power-ups to break out of a hopeless galactic impasse on your own terms. If the rest of the galaxy can’t stop you in time, you can unleash enough power to end all existence!

Galactic Guardian: You will campaign to have the Community Galactica declare you a Guardian, granting you emergency powers to fight the Crisis. Use them to bring the galaxy back from the brink of destruction and restore order. When the crisis is over, you can choose to abandon your powers…or save them and form a new Galactic Empire.

Espionage: Knowledge is power; use new tools to spy on your enemies (or friends). Send envoys to carry out covert operations and counterintelligence behind enemy lines. Lies and deceit confuse your enemies until you learn their deepest secrets.

As your penetration rate grows, you will unlock new operations such as starbase sabotage, asset acquisition, or technology theft. Turn allies against each other with smear campaigns and diplomatic incidents. Play your cards right and they won’t get wiser: what they don’t know will hurt them.
